Return Policy:

We specialize in premium, small batch, handcrafted products and because of this type of work, we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged or incorrect.  All returns are issued either a store credit or an exchange

We take great care to list all base ingredients for each product on the site.  If you have known allergies or sensitivities to an ingredient or essential oils, we highly encourage you to contact us here or call us at 802-951-9714 if you have any questions or concerns about a product before purchasing.    

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase date.  

Items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as received.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

- Gift cards

If you have a concern about a product please contact us at info@lunaroma.com. Please include your order number and the concern. 

Returns which are approved will be reviewed and inspected once received. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.

Please bring the item you would like to exchange or return to the shop during business hours or contact us here or call 802-951-9714 so we can discuss the issue and the best protocol for your return.  Please include your order number.

Refunds do not include the original or return shipping costs. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider purchasing shipping insurance. We recommend using a return service with tracking to ensure your return reaches us. If your return product is damaged during transit and is not insured, Lunaroma will not be held responsible for its replacement.

                                                                                                                                                                                                            Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a Store Credit will automatically be applied to your account or an exchange will be made.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to reflect on your account. 

If you have not received your refund within 5-7 business days, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
