Consultation and Classes
Samples
Samples may be requested, up to 8 for free. Additional samples may be purchased for
$3.00 each. When samples of our finished retail sized products are requested, and the product needs to be
taken from our retail supply, you will be charged 50% off of the retail price of the product up front, then
when you place your first order, that total is refunded by 50%. So for example if you order $20 worth of
retail samples you are charged $10, then you will receive a $5 credit off the total of your first order.

Custom Blending
We offer custom blending services for our customers who wish to request any of our
Lunaroma Spa products in different scents. A one time recipe and label creating fee of $50 will be charged
per product. The original product cost may change depending on the cost of the oils you choose. This service
provides our customers with the freedom to create new and exciting treatments which may be theme scent
oriented. Custom blended products carry no exclusivity. We reserve the right to add this new scent to our
product line in the future.

Custom Designed Products
For our customers who desire new products which we do not already produce, and for
those who wish to create a spa line exclusively of their own, we offer our Custom Designed Product service.
Signature designed products are designed based on your visions and requests. We will create a line to match
a particular theme or service. A custom designed product carries an exclusivity agreement where we promise not
to sell that same exact product to any of our other customers. The exclusivity agreement will be valid as
long as you are an active customer of Lunaroma. The exclusivity agreement will terminate 1 year from the
time of your last order. Lunaroma is always the owner of the recipe and will not sell or give away the recipe
to any customer. Custom Designed Products may carry the Lunaroma label or be used to create a signature
product line for your spa. All Custom Designed Products may be labeled with your label as long as credit
is given to us on the label for design and manufacturing, e.g. "Designed and Hand Crafted exclusively for
your spa by Lunaroma Inc. Burlington, Vermont." Custom Designed Products will incur a one time custom
design fee of $375 per product produced. The custom design fee includes an initial 1 hour consultation,
product formulation, product descriptions, directions for use, full ingredient disclosure, samples and
price quoting, as well as the exclusivity agreement. Custom Design fees are non-refundable and are due upon
the completion of final formulation, whether or not you choose to use the product in your line.

Packaging for Private Labeling
We offer packaging of custom blended products for your own private labeling needs. We
do not offer labeling services of our own. Products produced for your own private labeling will be shipped
in packaging of your choice, which will be discussed during initial set up, and approved upon receiving
samples. We do not package for private labeling any of our Lunaroma Spa Menu products. We do package for
private labeling any custom designed product or any of our Lunaroma Spa product bases which have been custom
blended with scents of your choice. Fees for private label packaging vary with a minimum one time fee of $50
per product request. Prices for special packaging vary as well; a product price quote will be given after we
have discussed your needs. Any product produced for private labeling will need to be labeled with ingredients
and directions of use. Somewhere on the label we also must be given credit for our manufacturing, e.g. "Hand
Crafted for your spa by Lunaroma Inc. Burlington, Vermont." Products produced for private labeling
packaging require order minimums depending on the product, and special packaging.

Consultation and Classes
Additional consultation services are available for protocol writing, spa product
design and general aromatherapy information leading to the creation of your own line or incorporation of
new products into an existing line. Consultation time will be charged at a rate of $75 per hour. We also
offer aromatherapy classes and general spa product training classes to spa employees. If your opening order
does not meet the minimum for a free training, we can schedule a paid private training class for your spa.
