We require a minimum of $500 for any opening wholesale order, with a minimum of $300 for any
re-orders. Pre-packaged for retail sale sized products require a 6 quantity minimum for each size and scent.
Orders which do not meet wholesale requirements will be charged retail prices with a professional discount of
10%. All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
New accounts may order using Mastercard/Visa, business check, money order or COD. COD
orders are charged a fee by UPS which will be added to the shipping cost. All shipping charges include an
insurance fee. If paying with check or money order, we will begin your order production and ship your order
after your check has cleared.
Please note all orders should be placed 2 weeks prior to the desired shipment date.
Although we usually ship products within 7 days of ordering, we ask you to consider the artesian nature of our
handcrafted body care business. To insure superb product quality and effectiveness, freshest is best. Custom
blending and packaging your order by hand allows us to provide to you with our very best work. When
situations arise in which orders are needed more quickly, we will gladly service your "emergency" ordering for
an additional fee. Inquire if necessary. Returns on unopened products are accepted within 2 weeks of recite
and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. There will be absolutely no returns on special orders or custom
orders unless for an error on our part.
We will provide free product and treatment training for opening orders of $3000 or
more. Travel, accommodations and meals will be provided by customer. For opening orders of $5000 or more,
we will provide free product and treatment training as well as travel expenses, customer provides
accommodations and meals. Product training, treatment training, and protocol writing are all available for
orders that do not meet the free training minimums. Please inquire for more details.
