Use: Meditate on which oil or oils you are drawn to. Select 1-3 oils and mix a combination of up to 5 drops in the palm of your hand being conscious to inhale after each drop until you feel the blend you need in the moment is done. Rub both palms together and deeply inhale. Apply to your head and heart, and wrists. You may also apply to skin before soaking in a ritual cleansing bath.
