Hydrosols, also known as distillates, are used in gentle aromatherapy.  Produced by steam distillation, these aromatic waters retain the water soluble properties and subtle aromas of the plant material. Hydrosols are especially useful in facial care and for the sensitive; babies, children, pregnancy and the elderly.
